Local Python; pinned openbb package 4.7.3 declares Python >=3.10,<4. Individual provider/dependency compatibility still needs checking.

Import the OpenBB Python package and configure provider access. The separately hosted OpenBB Workspace UI is not this SDK and has its own login/terms.
